Hours of work

Full time employees are contracted to a 37 hour week with a flexible working arrangement. Outside set core hours our staff can make use of flexi time, helping to create a better work/life balance and support demand for our services from customers.

There are a number of professional and personal development opportunities available to help you reach your full potential. This could be in the form of training courses or studying for further professional qualifications to develop your career and skills, professionally and personally.

Holidays

The starting basic annual leave entitlement for all employees across all pay bands is 25 days plus public holidays, pro rata for staff working part-time. An extra day of leave is given for every completed year of continuous service up to a maximum of 5 days. 

Wellbeing at work

A range of activities are available for our employees to access and take part in. These activities can help to support and improve fitness and wellbeing. We also offer a free, confidential counselling service to all employees - allowing you to seek support for professional or personal concerns that may cause stress or impact on your wellbeing at or outside work.
